We are proud to offer a wide range of specialised mould handling equipment, from horizontally arranged simple manual systems to fully automated carousels, fast loops and shuttle systems as well as an innovative vertical system known as the ‘RAPID’ a revolutionary concept by Transtek.

The RAPID has a very small foot print when compared to conventional horizontal fast loops. Due to the nature of the design the unit is faster, safer and quieter.

All our mould handling plants can be made to suit both flask and flaskless moulds as well as manual loops, carousels and fast loop systems.

We offer a full range of handling equipment to compliment typical moulding plants, such as rollover strip units, flood coating stations, mould manipulators and mould closing units.
